Interlude Executive Coaches provide assessments and follow up executive level coaching to individuals and/or teams focusing on fundamental, transformational change ranging from personal growth to the development of new skill sets which benefits corporations seeking to be positioned solidly in the global economy.  

Interlude Empowerment Coaching was founded on the belief that every person has within themselves the strength, power and energy to act on new opportunities.  As the pressure of leadership in this global economy increases, our clients seek to claim or re-claim their strength through refining and/or developing new skills.

As a result, our clients are curious about all aspects of their emotions, mind, body and soul.  They seek to grow through the integration of improved skill sets, the development of innate talents and the use of life’s experiences. 

Each client is unique. We bring together the elements of data, intuition, experience and emotions in response to those unique needs. Our rich experiences in areas ranging from music to Venture Capital including running and developing new business, Academia, training and practical application of skill sets such as those in Emotional Intelligence provide the backdrop for a successful coaching experience.

The majority of our clients are top-level leaders, small groups of Executives and middle management.  Coaching can be one-on-one and/or in small groups and is based on mutually agreed time-limited and measurable progress.
