As an experienced and professionally trained coach Barbara works alongside her clients to guide their business by helping them achieve long-term, highly successful growth. She has been successful guiding organizational executive leaders along the path to greater business effectiveness while enhancing their personal sense of fulfillment and overall success. She works with businesses and organizations across a variety of industries including professional services. She understands the challenges of embracing change having been part of accelerated growth with start up companies.

Barbara has a focus on Business coaching and Executive coaching through affiliations with companies such as Lebofffe & Associates,  Shirlaws Coaching, The Third Zone and now, Leboffe & Associates.  She also developed an outstanding reputation as a top-ranked sales executive for national property valuation companies including Clear Capital, Fidelity National Financial and Appraisal Enhancement Services which was acquired by Fidelity in 2004. She has held senior level positions with companies overseeing administration, human resources and staffing.  In addition she serves on the Board of the Women’s Executive Club of South Palm Beach County; is a member of the South Florida Business League, the Palm Beach Business Development Board, Giving Back - Meetup and she is a Women of Tomorrow Mentor for at risk high school girls.

Barbara strongly believes in people and understands the uniqueness of each person she comes in contact with.  Giving back is a necessary part of life and consequently she continually stays involved in helping others and awakens others to do the same.  Barbara is a Certified Professional CoActive COach through The Coach Training Institute (CTI) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  Barbara is a graduate of Cabrillo College in Aptos, CA.
