Lillian’s Bio

Lillian Coury is a combination of a successful business professional from NYC with a CowGirl who is happiest on a horse….and the architect of winning workstyles for the best and brightest business professionals across the U.S.

After 20 years in sales and marketing for large and small companies across industry lines, Lillian ran her own company for 13 years, sold it to follow her passion for supporting business people to work smarter, live better, and make a difference in the world through their work.  She founded Pegasus Pathways 10 years ago, is a certified executive coach, workshop facilitator, trainer, speaker, author and philanthropist.  

Lillian has served on several non-profit boards, actively supports philanthropic groups like Rotary, Gabriel’s Angels and The Black Stallion Foundation.  She’s also been recognized by NAWBO, Rotary and Dale Carnegie Institute for her contribution in mentoring, service and contribution of her talents and skills to the betterment of the community.

She now lives in Gold Canyon, AZ and followed her heart to live in the desert.  She adopted her Arabian gelding Cassanova two years ago, and he’s been winning ribbons with Lillian aboard - a dream come true for this Brooklyn girl!
