Certified life coach and author, Stephanie Zonars, helps women win in sport and life.

Through professional coaching, Zonars offers clients a confidential place to receive objective input, work through issues, see the big picture and find accountability. She also facilitates creative team building workshops that help sports and business teams enhance their communication and teamwork in order to improve performance.

Satisfied clients include college coaches, athletic directors and non-profit organizations as well as college sports teams at Louisville, Toledo, Akron, Cincinnati and Drake, among others.

A former athlete at Wittenberg University, Zonars led international and domestic basketball tours for 18 years with Athletes in Action before launching her business, Life Beyond Sport, LLC. She recently published her second book Leader of the Pack: The Legacy of Legendary Coach Kay Yow, about the former Hall of Fame women's basketball coach at NC State.
