Ursula Pottinga, CPCC, has over 20 years’ experience as a certified coach, facilitator and trainer as well as a leader in the hotel industry. She believes strongly in the power of weaving wisdom, intuition, and intentionality into a practical, useful form.

Her passion for learning and creative expression is a hallmark of her work, which includes co-founding AmeriCoach (also serving a term as the Executive Director), and co-founding Everest Hospitality Consulting where she provides coaching and training for managers in the hospitality industry.

Her background includes holding management positions in Marriott, Holiday Inn and Hilton Hotels in Europe and working as a Real Estate Executive in Canada.

Ursula also has co-created and led workshops with her business partner, Ann Betz,  for the past six years, including a year-long leadership program.

She works with leaders and emerging leaders who are looking to create powerful and authentic work cultures in which people can thrive and be themselves and where obstacles become stepping stones.

She is also a certified prosperity guide who leads workshops and provides coaching on creating abundance.

She has co-authored several books and ebooks.

She lives in Florida with her husband. They have two adult daughters.
