Clough has been a practicing accountant for over 35 years, and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for over 20 years.  He received a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Nova Southeastern University.  In addition, he passed a rigorous examination and received the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification.  These designations must be kept current through extensive continuing education to maintain his expertise in various areas of accounting and finance.

Paul’s many years of experience and involvement in many aspects of accounting and finance taught him the value of proper analysis and the application of due diligence to resolve many types of financial dilemmas.

Paul brings a natural inquisitiveness and insightful nature along with his many years of experience to the analysis and design of financial plans for investors.  His persistent pursuit of information on various investments provides a wealth of knowledge and experience to help his clients work towards achieving their goals.  This information is combined with the profile of the individual investor to determine a proper allocation of the various investments.

While maintaining the conservative style typical of a CPA, Paul allocates his client’s portfolios according to their objectives and individual risk tolerance.  This way a portfolio has some insulation from the vagaries of individual market sectors, the instability that may befall a particular investment and the effects of market capitalization, geo politics and world markets.  While no guarantee of positive results, a proper allocation may give the investor an improved opportunity of success.
