I help people get real about who they are, what they want and how they plan to share their most brilliant talents, skills and qualities with the world. I use a bunch of tools, strategies and insights to help me accomplish this, but the real magic comes from the people I work with. They share their wildest dreams, deepest yearnings and most ambitious goals with me, I just help them clear the way so that they can get it done. This is a very exciting and powerful process and I’m always thrilled and honored when I am invited to facilitate it.
Challenges will always arise in life, it’s how we learn and grow, but when we are clear–really clear–on who we are and what we want, we cease experiencing problems with our careers, finances, relationships, health, or whatever situation, person or thing we think is causing us to suffer or stagnate and we start enjoying a life that is rich, full and wildly fun.
My approach to weight loss is based on the concept that we must first fill ourselves up before we eat. When we do this, we are able to appreciate food for what it is: fuel for our bodies. I have no interest n punishing my clients by restricting their caloric intake and then forcing them into the gym to exercise just to burn off calories. I’m all about helping my clients reward themselves by getting what they really want from life instead of using food as a very poor substitute. The real work for lasting weight loss happens mentally, not physically. When we fill ourselves up with what we truly want (not food), we lose weight and keep it off—it is never the other way, losing weight doesn’t fill us up. Some tools I use occupy and enlist the help of the logical, practical left brain, while other tools I use engage our creative, intuitive and far wiser right brain.
