Biography: Erick Rainey is an expert in communication, motivation and persuasion. He trained with Dr. Tad James at Advanced Neuro Dynamics. He is a trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), hypnosis and timeline techniques. He is also a fully qualified coach and is an award winning international keynote speaker. In 2002 he founded RainWorks Training and Development, a company specializing in training Leaders in the art and science of personal excellence. He has also delivered programs to the Scottish Government SDI. He is member of The Association of Integrative Psychology.
